At Mxcostume, we understand the "Con Crunch" and the excitement of receiving your new gear. Since 2016, we have specialized in delivering high-quality, custom-fit cosplay worldwide. Our mission is to ensure your heroic transformation arrives safely and on time for your next big event.
I. Production & Processing Time
Because many of our products are tailor-made or hand-crafted, your order goes through two phases: Production and Shipping.

II. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer reliable Global Shipping to over 50 countries, including the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada.
- Standard Shipping: 10 - 15 Business Days (Varies by region).
- Express Shipping (Recommended): 5 - 8 Business Days.
- Note: We highly recommend Express Shipping for all 2026 conventions (SDCC, Anime Expo, NYCC).
III. Shipping Rates & Tracking
- Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent via email once the package is dispatched.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.
- Customs & Duties: Tariffs and taxes are already included in the price; you do not need to pay them.
IV. Important 2026 Convention Deadlines
To guarantee your cosplay arrives before your event, please place your order by the following dates:
- For Anime Expo (July): Order by mid-May.
- For SDCC (July): Order by late May.
- For Halloween (Oct): Order by early September.
V. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
- A: Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins or the item ships, we cannot reroute the package.
Q: My convention is in two weeks. Can you rush my order?
- A: Please contact our support team at service@mxcostume.com immediately. While we can’t always bypass production times for custom suits, we can check for "Fast-Track" options or ready-to-ship inventory.
Q: What should I do if my tracking hasn't updated in 5 days?
- A: International tracking can sometimes pause during customs transitions. If there is no update for more than 7 days, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
Q: Do you offer a discount for bulk shipping (e.g., group cosplay)?
- A: Yes! For groups of 5 or more, contact us for a consolidated shipping discount.
