Q: What if a character I want isn't listed on the site?

• A: We love new challenges! Please contact our support team at service@mxcostume.com with reference images. We can often create custom commissions for unlisted characters from anime, games, or movies.

Q: Can I modify an existing design (e.g., change the color)?

• A: Yes, in most cases. Since we handle our own production, we can accommodate minor modifications. Mention your requests in the "Order Notes" or email us before purchasing.
