Because many of our products are tailor-made or hand-crafted, your order goes through two phases: Production and Shipping.

To guarantee your cosplay arrives before your event, please place your order by the following dates:
- For Anime Expo (July): Order by mid-May.
- For SDCC (July): Order by late May.
- For Halloween (Oct): Order by early September.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
- A: Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins or the item ships, we cannot reroute the package.
Q: My convention is in two weeks. Can you rush my order?
- A: Please contact our support team at service@mxcostume.com immediately. While we can’t always bypass production times for custom suits, we can check for "Fast-Track" options or ready-to-ship inventory.
Q: What should I do if my tracking hasn't updated in 5 days?
- A: International tracking can sometimes pause during customs transitions. If there is no update for more than 7 days, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
Q: Do you offer a discount for bulk shipping (e.g., group cosplay)?
- A: Yes! For groups of 5 or more, contact us for a consolidated shipping discount.
Return & Refund
Return or refund can be accepted.
1. If you receive the damaged or wrong items, we will exchange one for you or refund to you.
2. When you choose the right size according to our size chart, but you receive the wrong size, we will exchange one for you or refund
to you.
3. If you receive the whole different colors items, we will exchange one for you or refund to you.
4. All returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
5. If you want to return an item or get a refund, please contact us in 7 days of delivery of items.
6. When we receive the return items, we will refund to you in 1-2 days.

1. You accidentally damage the items by yourself.
2. You don't choose the right size according to our size chart.
3. By the affect of photography and light, The actual color of the item will differ from the picture color. If the difference rate is
less than 5%, it is normal.

5. All tailor-made items can not be returned or refunded.
6. Clients offer the incorrect shipping address.
7. If you don't contact us in 7 days of delivery of items, the return or refund can not be accepted.
